YStreX is an online database that collects, stores and distributes genome-wide expression data generated in the studies of stress responses using yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Information from the gene expression analysis, including gene expression patterns and enriched biological features under a specific condition, is provided through query functions in Query.
Eleven PhD students will work on collaborative research projects and they will also participate in a dedicated training programme that includes both scientific and more general aspects. In particular, comprehensive training is provided in skills relevant for the commercial biotechnology sector. The project is funded by the European Union FP7 Marie Curie Programme and runs from September 2013 to August 2017.

They also stated " Each lab has a leader who is responsible for directing particular research themes. The lab and computational facilities are shared among all members of Systems and Synthetic Biology. Our lab is focused on understanding the physiology and metabolic regulation in the yeast." The meta header had Jens Nielsen as the first search term. This keyword was followed by Nielsen Lab, nielsen, and systems biology which isn't as urgent as Jens Nielsen.
